Sylwen Tour Travels

We operate out of Muktanand Society, right near Crawford Market in Fathima Nagar. It's a lively area, and our office at number 2 is usually tucked away from the main noise of the market. We spend our time booking tickets and planning out trips for people who want to get away for a bit. It’s a lot of checking schedules and trying to find seats on trains or buses. Sometimes the systems go down, and we have to do everything manually, which can be frustrating. We aren't a massive travel agency with a glossy website; we're just here on the ground. People from the society often drop in to ask about prices or just to see where they can go on a budget. We have a lot of maps and old brochures lying around. It’s a bit messy at times, especially when we’re busy during the holiday season. The work is mostly about logistics and making sure the timings line up so nobody gets stranded. We’ve helped families plan their vacations for years now. Some days are slow, and we just sit and drink tea, while others are a total rush. We just try to get the bookings right and make sure everyone has their documents ready before they head out. It's just us doing what we know how to do. We keep the phone close and just wait for the next person to come in with a plan.
