Swati Laser Tech Pvt. Ltd. is located deep in the heart of the MIDC area in Bhosari. We are at W-105 in the S Block, which is a very industrial part of the city. You can hear the sounds of machinery and trucks from every direction when you stand outside our gate. Inside, it is much the same. We have our laser equipment set up and it runs for most of the day. The floors are concrete and there is always a bit of metal dust in the air, which is just part of the job in Bhosari. We have been in this spot for a while and we are used to the rhythm of the industrial block. There is a small office area where we handle the billing and the drawings, but most of the real work happens out on the floor. We wear heavy shoes and keep our heads down to get the orders done. The tea break is the best part of the morning when we step outside for a few minutes. Being in the S Block means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always someone moving something on a forklift nearby. It is a hardworking environment and we do not spend much time on decorations. We focus on the machines and making sure the cuts are right before the day ends.
