Swarajya Travels

Swarajya Travels is based out of Chinchwadagaon, specifically in the Gurunanakwadi area. We have been running these travel services for a good while now. Most of our work involves arranging cars and drivers for people who need to get to the airport or go out of town for a couple of days. Our office is just a simple room where we keep the car keys and the logbooks. It’s not very modern, but it gets the job done. I spend a lot of my time talking to drivers and making sure the vehicles are clean and have enough petrol. Sometimes a car breaks down or a driver gets sick, and then I have to scramble to find a replacement at the last minute. It’s a lot of stress, but that’s just how the travel business is. People in Chinchwad know us and they just drop by the office when they need a ride. We don't really do big advertising; we just rely on being there when someone calls. The roads around Gurunanakwadi can get very crowded, so we always tell our drivers to leave early. I’ve been doing this for years, and I’ve seen the city change so much. We aren't a big corporation, just a local team trying to move people from one place to another. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking maps every single day. We just keep things moving as best as we can for the neighbors and friends who use us.
