Surjit Engineering Works

We are based at Survey No 27/1/2 on the Old Mundhwa Road in Kharadi. Our shop is located within Adarsh Estate 2, which is situated right behind Hotel Relax. It is a pretty good spot for us, even though the traffic on Mundhwa Road can be a massive headache during the mornings and evenings. Our workshop is the place where we handle all of our various engineering tasks. It is a very typical industrial setup, filled with heavy gear and that constant smell of machine oil in the air. We have been here in the Odhav area for quite some time, and most of the people working in the nearby units know who we are. The work we do isn't anything particularly fancy; it is just solid, practical engineering. We spend many hours every day measuring, cutting, and fitting different metal parts together. It gets extremely loud in here when the grinding machines start up, so we usually have to shout to hear one another. Being tucked behind the hotel makes it slightly quieter than being right on the main road, which we appreciate. We do not have a corporate structure or any fancy managers. It is just a few of us working through the jobs as they come in. Sometimes the material deliveries show up late, and we have to move our whole schedule around to stay busy. We are fine with the manual nature of the job. It is just our daily life here.
