We have been here at Mangalam Chamber on Thana Street in Erandwane for quite some time now. Dealing with travel plans and all the paperwork that comes with it can be a real headache for people, so we just try to make that whole process a bit easier. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office figuring out routes, booking tickets, and helping folks get their documents in order so they can go where they need to. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at computer screens, making sure everything is lined up. Travel is complicated these days with so many rules changing all the time, and we just keep track of that stuff so our neighbors in Erandwane don’t have to. The office is easy to find if you know where Thana Street is. We don't have fancy brochures or a huge team, just a few of us who know how the travel industry works. People come in with a lot of questions about visas or the best way to get to a specific city, and we just give them the honest answers we have. Sometimes the systems are slow or things don’t work out perfectly on the first try, but we stick with it until the job is done. It is just a small consultancy really, nothing too big or flashy, but we stay busy enough. We like being in this part of town and seeing familiar faces walk through the door day after day.
