Suraj Engineering Works

Suraj Engineering Works is in Amit Plaza, Gp- 80, G- Block. We are at Shop No. 5, right near Thermax Chowk in Chinchwad. This area is known for its engineering shops and workshops. We are one of many in this block. The plaza is always a bit noisy with the sound of tools and engines. Being at Shop No. 5 means we see everyone who walks through the main entrance. We have our tools set up in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to others. The work involves a lot of metal and grease. It’s the kind of job where you go home with dirty hands every evening. Thermax Chowk is a landmark that everyone knows, so it’s easy to give directions. We have been in this spot for several years now. The routine is the same most days. We get the orders, look at the specs, and start cutting or welding. Sometimes the power goes out in the block, and we have to wait a bit, but we find other things to do. Suraj Engineering Works isn't a huge corporation. It’s just a small shop where we focus on the task in front of us. We have a few regular visitors who stop by to chat or check on their projects. We just keep doing what we know how to do. The floor gets swept once a week if we are lucky.
