Subhash Engineering

Subhash Engineering is located over in Prasad Park, which is part of Vishranti Nagar in the Hingne Khurda area of Pune. If you are familiar with this side of the city, you know it’s a mix of homes and small businesses. We’ve been here at C1/53 for some time. It is a quiet enough spot, though Pune traffic is always something to deal with. Our days are pretty full with various engineering jobs. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a tight-knit group where everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. The office is simple, filled with drawings, some tools, and the usual computer setup. We don't spend much on decorations because we’re usually too busy working on technical stuff. Sometimes the tea breaks are a good part of the day when we sit and talk about how to fix a particular problem on a project. We handle a lot of local requirements. People around here know where to find us if they need something engineered or fabricated. It’s not a flashy business. We just try to be reliable and get through the list of tasks we have for the week. Some days are longer than others, especially when a project is near the end. We just keep going, doing the work as honestly as we can. It’s a decent place to work and we like being part of the Pune community.
