We are based in the Clover Center, specifically in the D Wing, office 441. It’s in the Camp area, quite close to Arora Tower. The building is usually full of people going in a hundred different directions. We work on information systems, which mostly involves sitting in front of monitors and figuring out why things aren't working the way they should. The office isn't very large, and we’ve definitely outgrown the number of shelves we have. Files and equipment tend to pile up in the corners. It’s just how it is when you’ve been in one place for a while. We aren't a big corporate machine; we’re just a group of people who know a lot about data and systems. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need a lot of formal meetings to get things done. We just talk across the desks or write notes on scraps of paper. Sometimes we lose track of time when a difficult problem comes up. The snacks in the break area are usually just whatever someone brought from home that morning to share. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we take the actual work seriously enough. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or expensive furniture. We'd rather just spend our time getting the technical stuff right for the people who rely on us. It’s a practical way to run a business in a busy part of town.
