We’ve been at Gat No.2340 on the Pune-Nagar Road for a while now. If you know Wagholi, you know how the traffic gets during peak hours, especially with all the trucks moving through. Our building is right there in the thick of it. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters going up and a quick check on whatever arrived late the previous evening. It isn't a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Some of the desks have been here as long as I can remember, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever found the time. We spend a lot of our day dealing with paperwork and checking over parts in the back. The tea stall down the road is where most of us head when the afternoon slump hits. It’s hot in the summer, and the dust from the road is a constant battle, but it’s home for us during the work week. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up when someone walks in. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. It’s quiet most of the time, except when the machinery is running or when a delivery driver is arguing about where to park. We just keep our heads down and handle what comes our way every single day.
