Working out of Chinchwad is always interesting because of how busy the area gets. We are located at Kalbhor Nagar, specifically in Chawl No-15, Room Number 2. It is a small space, but we have managed to fit everything we need for Starv Engg Pvt Ltd inside those walls. The sounds of the neighborhood are always there, with kids playing outside or neighbors talking, and it just feels like home to us. Pune-19 is a big industrial hub, but our little corner is much more personal. We spend our mornings setting things up and checking the lists. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we sit outside on the bench until it comes back. It isn’t a fancy office with glass walls or air conditioning that works all the time. It is a real workshop where we get our hands dirty. We’ve got some tools, some old ledgers, and a lot of tea cups that need washing. The room is a bit tight when we have more than two people inside, but we make it work somehow. We don’t really worry about how the place looks to outsiders as long as the engineering work is solid. People in the chawl know us, and we know them. It is a simple way to run a business, and it keeps us busy enough from Monday to Saturday. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the parts right.
