St Joseph Precision Lapping

St Joseph Precision Lapping. We are located in the MIDC Bhosari Industrial Estate. Our spot is Gala Number 58, which is part of the Morya Co-operative Industrial Estate on Plot No T-201/1. If you know the industrial area, you know it’s a lot of metal, noise, and hard work. Our gala is a working shop. We do precision lapping here, so there are machines running most of the time. The floor is concrete and there’s always a bit of oil or grit around. It’s not a clean office environment. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty every single day. The industrial estate is a maze of similar buildings. You can hear the sounds of welding and grinding from the neighbors. We’ve got our equipment set up just how we like it. It’s a bit cramped with all the machinery, but we make it work. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a secretary. If someone comes by, they just walk up to the main door and shout over the noise. We’ve been part of the Bhosari community for quite some time. We know the rhythms of the estate, like when the tea stall gets busy or when the trucks arrive. It’s a tough, honest way to make a living. We just focus on the precision of the work we do on the parts. It is noisy and hot, but it’s what we do. We close up when the job is finished.
