Srg Machines Pvt Ltd is tucked away in 81/3 Anil Coop Hsg. Soc. It’s more of a residential-feeling area than a big business park, which is fine by us. The morning starts early here. We usually have the shutters up by eight. There is a small tea stall nearby that everyone goes to before starting the day. Working out of a housing society means things are a bit quieter than the main roads. We have some machines in the back and a small space for the paperwork in the front. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of parts arriving, but we manage. You’ll often find someone cleaning a tool or checking a manual. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise late in the evening. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too shiny or new, just the stuff we need to get through the work orders. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact building number because the signs aren't great. We end up standing outside to wave them down. It’s just one of those things. The weather gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything. Just a solid place where we spend our hours. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and know the rhythms of the street well. It’s practical and it works for us.
