Our place is at A24 in Popular Heights 1, right in the middle of Koregaon Park. Pune can get pretty crowded, but this area has its own vibe that we’ve grown to like. We don't have a giant airport office here; it's more of a local hub for the paperwork and the ticketing stuff that needs sorting out. People in Koregaon Park usually know the building because it's been there for years. It’s a bit of an older spot but it works for what we need to do. We handle a lot of the customer queries and the administrative side of the flights. It's mostly phones ringing and people typing away on keyboards. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just a workspace where the team gathers to make sure things are on track for the week. Sometimes the internet acts up or the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but that’s just part of being in Pune. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help people get where they need to go and try to keep the errors to a minimum. The office is a bit cramped with files and old records, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical space for practical people. We drink a lot of tea and stay on top of the flight schedules every morning. It's a regular job for us, and we've been here long enough to know the guards by name.
