Our spot for Speciality P Machine Tools Co. is located at D 1/304 in Yogi Park, which is part of the Koregaon Park area. It’s a bit different from the usual industrial zones because there is actually some greenery around here. We are in a mixed-use building, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets, but we still have plenty to do. Our workspace is filled with machine parts and various technical components that we keep in bins along the walls. It’s not a huge place, but it’s organized in a way that makes sense to us. We spend a lot of time looking at specifications and making sure we have the right tools for the jobs people ask about. The windows in our unit let in some decent light during the morning, which is nice when we are working on the smaller components. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to keep things from feeling too silent. Some days are just about cleaning the machines and making sure nothing is rusting. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small team of us making sure things run properly. We know the security guards at the gate and the people in the neighboring offices. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we feel lucky to be in this part of Pune.
