Spearhead Consultancy is run out of Hno 15 in the Head Land Sada area of Vasco, Goa. We are located care of Anthony Pereira. It’s a very Goan setup—quiet during the hot afternoons and a bit more lively when the sun goes down. Our office isn't some high-rise building. It’s a house where we’ve set up our consultancy work. There’s usually a breeze coming off the coast, which is nice since we don't always run the air conditioning. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. It’s just us doing our thing. Anthony is usually around if you need to talk to someone. We don't have a big reception desk or a waiting room with magazines. People usually just come in, sit down, and we get to talking. It’s a very informal way of doing business, but it works for us and the people we help. The area is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise. It feels more like visiting a neighbor than going to a business meeting. We just keep it simple and focus on the work at hand.
