You can find Span Precision Components at Shed No 866-7 in Vadgaon Budruk. We are part of the Span Engineers setup on Sinhagad Road, right near Balaram Street. The address is a bit long, but once you get to S No 39-1A, we are right there. Our work is all about the small details and making sure parts are made correctly. The workshop gets pretty warm in the afternoons, especially with the machines running constantly. We have been here for a while now, focusing on the mechanical side of things. It is not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and making sure nothing is off by even a little bit. The staff here are mostly local guys who have been working with machines their whole lives. We don't have a big human resources department or a PR team. If there is a problem, we just talk it out on the floor and fix it. Sinhagad Road is always packed with traffic, which makes the mornings a bit slow, but once we get inside the shed, it’s all about the work. We keep our tools organized and our benches as clean as possible for a machine shop. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day after day, without any big corporate speeches or complicated rules.
