Sony India Private Limited Warehouse

Our warehouse is located over in Model Colony, specifically in the Mandake Abhushan Apartment building. It’s a bit unusual because we are actually on the 4th floor, in Flat Number 12. Most people expect a warehouse to be a big shed on the ground level, but this is how we have it set up here in Pune. Being on the 4th floor means we use the lift a lot for moving things around. It’s a quiet residential area mostly, so we try not to make too much noise when boxes are coming in or going out. Sony India has stuff stored here that needs to be distributed. The staff here is small, just a few of us making sure everything is counted and put in the right spot. We’ve got the Pune-16 pin code, which is a good central spot to be in. The apartment itself feels like a regular home, but instead of beds and a kitchen, it’s filled with electronics and inventory. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, but we shuffle things around to make it fit. We spend most of our time checking lists and labeling boxes. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. The view from the 4th floor is actually quite nice, especially when the weather is good in Pune. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
