Sonique Tours Travels

We are set up right across from Primrose Mall in Baner. If you know that area, we are at S No 164/A. It’s a small office, mostly filled with maps and printouts of bus schedules and hotel pictures. Sonique Tours Travels is basically just a few of us making sure people get where they need to go without getting lost. We deal with a lot of bookings and car rentals throughout the week. Baner Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise outside our door from the cars. We don't have a fancy website with chatbots; usually, we just pick up the phone or talk to people who walk in off the street. Some days it’s hectic with last-minute cancellations or flight delays we have to sort out for people. Other days we just sit and drink chai while waiting for the next customer to come in. We’ve been here for a while now, and we know most of the drivers around the city. We try to keep things straightforward for everyone. If a bus is going to be late, we tell you exactly how it is. We don't like making promises we can't keep. The office is a bit cluttered with old files, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a local business, through and through. We focus on the routes we know best. Most of our regulars live nearby in the Baner area and just drop by.
