It’s a bit of a shared setup here in Landewadi. This area of Bhosari is always humming with some kind of metalwork or welding. We’ve got our small section where we handle the engineering tasks that come our way. Sahakar Nagar is close by too, so there is always a lot of movement around the shop. The place isn't very large, so we have to keep things organized or it becomes a total mess within an hour. I usually get here early to beat the traffic on the main road. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up shop. There used to be more open space, but now it’s just one workshop after another. It’s good for business, I suppose, because people know where to come for this kind of work. We don't have a secretary or a sales team. It’s just us doing the actual labor. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking, and other days we can barely find time to eat. We do a lot of small jobs for the local factories nearby. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We like being in Shanti Nagar despite the noise and the constant dust from the road. It feels like we are part of the local fabric here.
