Our place is located right behind the Durga Mata Mandir in Balagi Nagar A. If you know the Yerawada area in Pune, you know it's a crowded part of town with lots going on. We are at S.No-10. It’s a basic office where we manage our daily operations. Sodexo is a big name, but this specific branch is just us local folks working through the tasks of the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or handling logistics for the food and facilities side of things. The temple nearby is a good landmark because otherwise, people get lost in the narrow lanes around here. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we've gotten used to it. We don't have a big shiny lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of files. We show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else. Pune gets busy, especially during the festivals, and the area around the Mandir gets really packed then. We just keep moving. Managing services for different clients keeps us on our toes. There’s always some supply issue to fix or a schedule to update. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We are just a team in Yerawada trying to keep everything running smoothly for the sites we look after. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied throughout the week. We keep a few water bottles on each desk and a calendar pinned to the wall to keep track of everyone's shifts.
