Sodexo Facility Management Co.( Osho International )

We are based in the Guruwar Peth area of Pune, specifically at 340-41. It’s an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and always full of life. This Sodexo office handles the facility management side of things, often working with Osho International. The building is older, but it serves its purpose just fine. We have two units there. It’s a lot of logistics work. We are constantly coordinating schedules and looking at maintenance lists. The office itself is pretty plain. There are no fancy art pieces or expensive carpets here. It’s just desks, files, and a lot of people moving around. We drink a lot of chai during the day to keep going. Since we are in Guruwar Peth, there is always noise from the markets and the traffic nearby. It’s a very busy district. We’ve been operating from this Pune address for quite a while. We don't have a big sign out front, just enough for people to find us. It feels like a very practical, hardworking environment. We don’t bother with corporate talk. We just focus on making sure the facilities are running like they should. It gets hot in the summer, and the fans never stop. We are just a group of people doing a job in a busy part of Maharashtra. It’s honest work and we like being in the heart of the old city.
