Sodexho Pass

We are based out of Laxmi Housing Society in the Rupi Nagar area of Nigdi. Our spot is near Gate Number 218, right by Ainal Haque. It is a busy residential neighborhood, and our office fits right into the mix of houses and small shops nearby. Every day is about managing the pass system and making sure all the vouchers are accounted for correctly. We have boxes of records stacked up and desks that have seen better days. It is not the kind of place with shiny glass walls or fancy carpets. It is more about the paperwork and the people who come in to settle their accounts. The noise of the street comes right in through the windows, especially during the rush hour in Nigdi. We have got a small team here who knows the routine inside out. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait around, but we usually find something else to do in the meantime. We do not spend money on fancy signs or decorations. We just focus on the distribution and the logs. People in the society know us as the office that is always busy with papers. We eat our lunch together and talk about the local news. It is a very grounded way to work. We handle the meal passes and the logistics without making a big deal out of it. It is just a regular job in a regular part of Pune, and we like it that way.
