Sodexho Facilietes Managment.( Under Osho International Foun

This is where we handle the facility management side of things for Sodexho, and we are tied in with the Osho International Foundation too. Our spot is at C/O Subhash Parmeshwer, House Number 213 in Purander Colony. It’s tucked away in Bhakrai Nagar, which is part of the Fursungi area in Pune. Getting around here can be a bit of a trek depending on the time of day. We spend most of our time making sure buildings are running right and everything is clean and working like it should. It’s not the kind of work where you sit still for very long. There is always a light that needs fixing or a floor that needs scrubbing somewhere else. Being in Fursungi, we are a bit on the edge of the main city, but it stays busy. The office itself is pretty basic, just a place to keep our tools and papers organized. We’ve got a lot of staff moving in and out all day long. My name is on the gate usually so people find it okay. We try to keep things quiet and orderly around the colony. It’s more of a community feel here than a cold business district. Most of the people working with us live nearby, so it feels very local. We just keep our heads down and do the maintenance work that people expect from us. It is just everyday work that needs doing.
