We are located at 1 Yerwada, specifically at the 14th Cross in the Hule Complex. It’s a straightforward setup we have here for Smit Holidays. Most of the day is spent handling travel bookings and talking to people about where they want to go for their next vacation. The Hule Complex is a familiar spot for the locals, and being at the 14th Cross means we see a fair bit of the daily neighborhood rhythm. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a room with some desks, computers, and a few chairs for visitors. We handle the usual stuff like flight tickets, hotel stays, and planning out basic travel routes. Sometimes people come in with a specific idea, and other times they just want to know what’s affordable. We don't go in for fancy marketing; we just use our experience to tell them what’s realistic. The phone rings a lot, usually with questions about cancellations or changes in plans, which is just part of the job. Yerwada has its own pace, and we fit right into it. When we aren’t on the phone, we’re usually updating our records or checking for new travel updates. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just focus on getting the details right for whoever walks through the door at the complex.
