Smile Tours & Travels

We set up Smile Tours & Travels here in Hanuman Nagar a few years back. The office is at 15 B in the Chintamani Prasad building. It’s on Ganeshkhind 1st Main Road, specifically in the S B M Colony part of Anand Nagar. It's not a huge office, just a place with a couple of computers and some maps on the wall where we sit and figure out travel plans for people. Most of the time we are on the phone or checking schedules on the screen. The area is pretty busy, so there’s always something going on outside our window. People from the colony drop in quite often just to ask about bus timings or train tickets. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the routes and how to get things booked. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit, but that's part of the day. The building itself is easy to spot once you get into the 1st Main Road. We’ve been in this location because it’s central for the folks living in Anand Nagar. We spend our days looking at calendars and trying to make sure everything lines up for the trips people want to take. It’s a lot of typing and talking, but we’re used to the routine by now. We usually have a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by.
