Siti Montensary School

Siti Montensary School is located at S-3/2 in the Siddheshwar Nagar Colony in Pune. This is a residential part of the city which makes it a good spot for a school. We aren't a massive institution with a big campus. Our school is a smaller place where things feel a lot more like a home. We have several rooms that we have set up for the kids to play and learn in. The walls are covered in colorful drawings and alphabets that the students have made. It gets quite busy and loud during the morning hours when everyone arrives. We don't have a board of directors or any corporate layers. It is just a group of teachers and helpers who show up every day to look after the children. We focus on the daily needs of the kids and making sure they are happy while they are here. The colony itself is a friendly place and we often see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market. We have a small outdoor area where the kids can get some fresh air. We don't use any fancy educational jargon or marketing speak. We just talk to parents about how their children are doing in a simple way. It’s a modest way to run a school but it works well for our community. We have been here for a while and we plan to stay for much longer.
