Sira Engineering and Solutions is based over in Bhosari, specifically at El J Block 26/2 in the MIDC area. If you know Bhosari, you know it’s a real hub for making things. We’re right in the thick of all that industrial activity. Our space is mostly taken up by machinery and workstations. We do a mix of engineering work and providing different technical solutions for other businesses. It’s not the cleanest environment, as there’s usually some metal shavings or oil around, but that’s the reality of a working shop. We started this place because we liked the idea of solving practical problems. There’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a part finally fit or a machine start running again after we’ve worked on it. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or trying to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a bunch of guys who understand how things are put together. The traffic in MIDC can be a headache sometimes, but being surrounded by other workshops means we can always find a spare part or a bit of help if we need it. We keep our doors open and just focus on whatever project is currently on the bench. It’s simple, steady work. We don't overcomplicate things; we just look at the problem and try to fix it.
