Siemens Building Tech. Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Pandurang Appt., specifically at number 5. We are right across from the Bhagini Nivedita Bank in Old Sangavi. If you are in Pune, you probably know the Old Sangavi area; it is a bit crowded but has everything you need. Our office is in an apartment building, not a high-rise. It makes the work feel a bit more personal, I think. We can hear the traffic and the people going to the bank all day. We handle the building technology side of things from here. It is just a few rooms filled with equipment and desks. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some tea bags. The team here is small but we know what we are doing. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. Being in Maharashtra 411027 means we are part of a real community. We see the same faces every morning when we walk into the building. It is not a corporate headquarters feel at all. It is just a place where work gets done. We focus on the technical details and try to keep our clients happy without all the fluff. It’s a practical office for practical people. Most of us have been working here since the office first opened up and it feels like a second home to us now.
