Siap Engineering Services

We operate out of J-12 in the M.I.D.C. Bhosari area. This part of Bhosari is packed with engineering firms and workshops, and we fit right in. Siap Engineering Services has been in this unit for quite a while. It’s a functional space designed for work, not for showing off. We have our machinery set up in the main area and a small corner for the administrative stuff. The ceiling is high and the lighting is just those long fluorescent tubes. Most mornings start with a quick meeting to see what’s on the schedule for the day. There’s always a lot of clanging and the sound of motors running. We work with various mechanical systems and provide technical services. The neighbors are all doing similar things, so there’s a sense of being in a shared industrial world. We usually grab lunch from one of the local stalls that come around the MIDC gates. It’s a straightforward life. We aren't big on meetings that don't result in something being fixed or made. If a client comes by, they usually find us with our sleeves rolled up. The office doesn't have much decoration, maybe just a few calendars on the wall. We focus on the task at hand and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down. It's good, honest engineering work that keeps us busy from Monday through Saturday.
