Shriniwasa Associates

We've been at the C Block Basement in Veer Savarkar Bhavan for a while now. Shivaji Nagar is a busy place, and being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler when the sun is really hitting the pavement outside. You get used to the sounds of the street above. Shriniwasa Associates is just what we do here every day. Most mornings start with unlocking the gate and getting the lights on. It’s not a fancy office with big windows, but it works for us. People sometimes have trouble finding the entrance since it’s tucked away, but once you know where Veer Savarkar Bhavan is, it’s easy enough. We spend a lot of time at our desks just getting through the paperwork and whatever else comes up. The walls are a bit plain, maybe could use a fresh coat of paint eventually. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It's just a space where we handle our business. Some days are quieter than others. When the monsoon hits, we have to keep an eye on the stairs, but so far it's been okay. It feels like a regular part of the neighborhood. We know the tea stall guy nearby and the other people working in the building. It’s just a practical spot to be. We don't really do much to stand out, just show up and do the work that needs doing. It’s a bit cramped when we have extra stuff lying around, but we manage. Most people who come by are used to the layout by now.
