Shrinath Niranjan Works

We have been here at Shrinath Niranjan Works for quite some time now. Our shop is located at B No. 160 in the Vasant Dada Industrial Estate, just off Madhava Nagar Road. It is a busy area, especially in the mornings when everyone is opening up their sheds and the trucks start moving. My father actually started things in a much smaller space, but we moved here years ago because we needed more room for the equipment. Most days, you will find four or five of us on the floor, dealing with whatever jobs came in that week. It gets loud and dusty, but that is how it goes in this line of work. We do not have a fancy office or anyone sitting at a front desk to greet people. Usually, if someone stops by, they just walk right into the workshop and find me or one of the boys near the back machines. We handle the metal work mostly. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the estate, which slows everything down, but we just take a tea break and wait for it to come back on. We know most of the neighbors on this road, so we help each other out when a tool breaks or someone needs an extra hand moving something heavy. It is just a regular place where we show up, do the work, and go home to our families in the evening. There isn't much more to it than that.
