Shri Swami Samarth Engineers Consultancy

Our office for Shri Swami Samarth Engineers Consultancy is actually in Flate No-40 of Ajes Apartment. We are located in Vadgaon Budruk, not far from the Shanti Plaza. It’s a bit unusual for some people to come to an apartment for engineering consultancy, but it works well for us. It keeps things quiet and focused. Since we are in a residential complex, we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't have people coming and going at all hours. The living room area has been converted into our main workspace with a couple of large drafting tables and some filing cabinets. We’ve kept the kitchen area for making tea and lunch, which makes the whole place feel very much like a home office. It’s a bit of a climb up to the fourth floor, but there is a lift that works most of the time. From the window, you can see some of the other buildings in Vadgaon and the busy area near the plaza. We have stacks of blueprints and project folders sitting on almost every flat surface. It’s not the most organized looking place if you just walk in, but we know exactly where every document is kept. We’ve been running the consultancy from here for a few years now, and we like the balance of being in a neighborhood rather than a cold office park. It’s just a honest, small-scale operation.
