Shri Man Engineers Pvt Ltd is located at H-2 in Shivane. It is a practical setup for an engineering company like ours. We have a space where we do our manufacturing and a small area for the administrative side of the business. Shivane is a bit out of the way, but it works for us. The daily routine involves checking production schedules and making sure the machines are running as they should. We deal with a lot of technical drawings and measurements. It is the kind of place where there is always some noise from the shop floor. We do not have a fancy front office or anything like that. It is mostly just metal, tools, and the sound of work being done. We have a small team of people who know how to handle the equipment. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a particular batch or fix a problem with a machine. The office part is mostly for keeping track of orders and talking to suppliers on the phone. We do not do much in terms of promotion. Most of our work comes from long-standing connections or word of mouth from people we have worked with before. It is a bit dusty and greasy, but that is just the nature of engineering. We focus on getting the parts made and sent out to the customers.
