Shri Dutt Provision Store

Shri Dutt Provision Store is situated along Malwadi Road in the Kalas-Malwadi section of the Kalas area. We are right on the road, so it’s easy for people to stop by while they are out and about. Our shop is filled with provisions like flour, rice, oils, and other kitchen essentials. We also keep a variety of snacks and small items that people need in a hurry. The Kalas area is where we live and work, so we feel a strong connection to the people here. The shop isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of shelf space. We have things stacked pretty high, so sometimes we have to use a ladder to reach the top items. It gets a bit busy in the morning when people are getting things for breakfast or packing lunches. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. We don't have a big corporate office or anything; it’s just us running the show. We write down our accounts in a ledger at the end of the day. It’s a lot of work to keep everything in stock, especially with the transport coming through Malwadi Road. We've been here long enough that the shop feels like a second home. People come in to buy their groceries and usually stay for a quick chat. It’s just a normal day-to-day business serving our local community in Kalas. We take pride in the fact that we know almost everyone who walks through our door.
