Shree Swami Samartha Tours & Travels is based out of Samrtha Nivas in Bhosarigoan. We are right in the Bhosari Industrial Estate area, which is always moving. If you are looking for us, we are quite near the Shivsagar Hotel. That’s where most people tell the drivers to meet. We have a few cars and a lot of phone calls to handle every day. Running a travel business means you don’t really have a fixed time to go home. Someone might need a car at four in the morning or get stuck somewhere late at night. We just try to make sure the vehicles are clean and the drivers are ready to go. The office is small and mostly has maps and old logs on the walls. It’s a family thing, really. We’ve been in Bhosari for years and know all the shortcuts and the bad roads. Sometimes the traffic is terrible, especially near the highway, but we plan around it. We don't do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from the people who work in the factories nearby. They need to get to the airport or send someone to a meeting. We just talk to them and figure out what they need. It’s a lot of work and sometimes it’s stressful, but it’s what we do. We like meeting different people every day and hearing their stories while they travel.
