Being located on Sinhagad Road means we deal with a lot of traffic and noise every single day. The office is not anything fancy, just a regular spot where we coordinate trips and manage our vehicles. Most of the time we are just busy on the phone or talking to drivers who are coming in and out of the area. It gets pretty dusty with all the construction and the constant stream of vehicles passing by outside. People stop by to ask about ticket prices or if there is a bus going to their home village for the weekend. We have been here for a bit now and know this part of the road quite well. It is a lot of work keeping track of where everyone is at any given moment. Sometimes a driver gets stuck in a big traffic jam and we have to explain the delay to a waiting passenger. It is just how things work in a busy city like this. We do not use those big corporate software systems, just some notebooks and a basic computer setup that does the job for us. Most of our regulars live nearby and just drop in when they have a trip coming up. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big signs or flashing lights, just the name on the door. It is a practical business. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for the next booking to come in.
