Shree Hari Om

Shree Hari Om is located right in Kothrud. It is a good spot for us, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the rush hours. I started this place a few years back. It is not a huge operation, just a small shop where we keep things running. We spend most of our time talking to locals who drop by. Kothrud has changed a lot since I was a kid, but we are still here. Sometimes it is quiet, and I just sit by the counter and watch the street. Other times, it is so busy I cannot even find a minute to eat my lunch. We do not have fancy decorations or big bright lights. It is just a plain room with what people need. My brother helps out on the weekends when it gets crowded. We keep the doors open early. The morning air is the best part of the day here. I like the routine of it all. Opening up, cleaning the floor, and getting ready for whoever walks in. It is a local place, and we know most of the neighbors by their names. We do not try to be something we are not. We just provide what is on the shelves. Kothrud feels like home to us, and being part of this community is what keeps us going. It is just a regular business. Nothing more to it. We keep things simple and honest.
