Shree Awadh Roadlines Pvt. Ltd is based at 3B/42 Shree Ganesh Nagr in Yerawada, Pune. If you know Yerawada, you know it’s a place that never really sleeps. There is always something moving, whether it's people or cargo. Our office is right in the middle of all that activity. We deal with trucks and transport, so things can get pretty greasy and loud around here. The office is small and usually has a thin layer of dust from the heavy traffic outside on the main road. We have a few desks where we keep track of the logbooks and the driver schedules. It’s not a place for fancy meetings. Usually, there's a driver sitting in the corner waiting for his papers or someone complaining about the price of diesel. We’ve been in Ganesh Nagar for a good bit of time now and we know most of the other shop owners on the street. It’s a tough business, but we like the pace of it. You have to be ready for anything, like a breakdown in the middle of the night or a delivery that's running late. We don't use any high-tech systems, just some basic software and a lot of phone calls to keep everything moving. The chairs in the office are a bit worn out and the tea boy knows exactly how much sugar we all take. It’s just a normal, hardworking office in a busy part of Pune.
