You can find us at Shivshakti Travel Agency on Kumthekar Road in Sadashiv Peth. Our specific spot is Survey No 706, right at Jondhale Chowk. This is a very busy part of Pune, and there is always a lot of foot traffic outside our door. We help people with all sorts of travel plans, whether they are going on a pilgrimage or just visiting relatives in another city. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for customers to sit on, and a lot of paper calendars. It gets pretty loud with the horns honking at the chowk, but we are used to the noise. We spend a lot of time talking to people about bus timings and train routes. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, so we just chat with the customers while the screen loads. We do not have a big corporate structure. It is just us here trying to make sure people get their tickets and their travel dates right. Sadashiv Peth is a great place to be because everyone passes through here eventually. We have been here for a long time and many of our customers are people we have known for years. It is a simple way to make a living, and we enjoy hearing about the places people are going.
