Shivanjali Lassi House

We have a small place over in Sasane Nagar where we serve lassi. It’s not a big restaurant or a cafe, just a simple lassi house for the people who live and work nearby. We’ve been here for a while and have become a regular stop for many. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at. We have some basic seating and a counter where we prepare the drinks. Most of our work happens in the morning when we get the fresh milk and curd ready. When the sun gets hot in the afternoon, that's when most people come in looking for something cold. We don't have a massive menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to what we know how to make well. Sometimes we have a bit of music playing, but mostly it’s just the sound of the street outside. Sasane Nagar can be quite lively. We aren't a big chain with a corporate office. It’s just us running the shop every day. We don't do any advertising or social media stuff. If the lassi is good, people come back, and that’s enough for us. It’s a modest way to make a living, and we enjoy chatting with the regulars who stop by. We try to keep the place tidy and welcoming in our own way. It’s not a complicated business, and we like it that way. Just a local spot to get a cool drink on a hot day.
