Shiva Engineers

Our workshop, Shiva Engineers, is located in the Babaji Estate over in Kothrud. It is a standard engineering shop with a lot of heavy machines and the constant sound of metal being worked on. The estate itself can be a bit confusing to navigate if you aren't from around here, but we are tucked in there among several other small businesses. We have been at this spot for many years and have built a routine that works for us. The work is mostly hands-on, dealing with mechanical parts and various repairs. The concrete floor is old and has some oil stains, which is pretty common for a place like this. We don't have a showroom or a nice office area. When you visit, you will likely see us in our work clothes, busy at a lathe or a milling machine. Kothrud is a busy part of the city, so there is always some noise and activity around the estate. We handle a lot of different jobs for factories nearby and for regular people who need something fixed. It is steady work that takes a bit of time and effort to get right. We don't use complicated language to explain what we do. It’s just about taking measurements and making sure the metal parts fit together as they should. We just keep working away at our projects until they are finished.
