If you look behind the Sai Baba Mandir in Chinchwad, you’ll find us at 41398. Shiv Sai Travels isn't a big corporate agency. We are just a small group of people who know how to get around the city and beyond. Most of our morning is spent cleaning the cars and checking the oil levels. We like to keep things simple. The office is really just a place to keep the keys and take bookings over the phone. You can usually hear the bells from the temple nearby, which is a nice way to start the day. Chinchwad can get really crowded, so we spend a lot of time planning routes to avoid the worst of the traffic. Our drivers are local guys who have been driving these roads for years. They know all the shortcuts and where the best tea stalls are. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that; most people just hear about us from their friends or neighbors. Sometimes we have long days where we are up before the sun to get someone to the airport, and other times we just wait around for the next call. It’s a lot of driving and a lot of waiting, but that’s the travel business for you. We just focus on getting people where they need to go without any fuss. The cars aren't brand new, but we take good care of them so they stay reliable.
