Shiv Engineering, Pune

You can find Shiv Engineering over at Plot No-227 in Sector-7 of the PCNTDA area in Bhosari. It is right in the heart of the Pune industrial belt. This part of Bhosari is full of workshops and small units like ours. We have a decent-sized plot where we do all our engineering work. It is usually quite loud with the sound of cutting and welding going on throughout the day. We have a small office section partitioned off, but mostly it is just the shop floor. There is always a layer of fine metal dust on things, no matter how much we clean. We have been here for years and have seen many businesses come and go in Sector-7. Our team is mostly guys from the local area who have been doing this kind of work since they were young. We do not have a big corporate hierarchy here. The owner is usually out on the floor with everyone else, checking the dimensions or talking to the suppliers. We drink a lot of chai from the stall down the street while we discuss the day's tasks. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. People in the area just know us by our location and the work we do. It is just a regular engineering shop doing its bit every day in the heat of the industrial estate.
