You can find us at Plot No 170 in the S-Block of Bhosari MIDC. Shitole Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has been sitting on this plot for quite a while. When we first started, the area was not as crowded as it is now. Now, there are workshops and factories everywhere you look. Our place is a solid concrete building that has seen a lot of work over the years. We do a lot of heavy lifting and precision work, so the floor is reinforced and usually has a thin layer of oil or dust on it. That is just part of being an engineering firm. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their role. There is no micromanagement here; we just trust everyone to get their tasks done. The office part is mostly just for paperwork and taking calls from customers. Most of the time, the owner is out on the floor with the workers anyway. We have got some older machines that still run perfectly and some newer ones we are still getting used to. It is a mix of old-school knowledge and new tools. We do not bother with fancy brochures or big signs. If you need something engineered, you just come to the gate and ask. We take pride in just being a reliable local shop that does what it says it is going to do. We just keep our heads down and work.
