Shiraz C.Lalkaka Enterprises

We are located in the S-Block of the M.I.D.C. industrial area. Specifically, look for W-103. Shiraz C.Lalkaka Enterprises is the name we use for our operations here. Working in M.I.D.C. means you are surrounded by factories and workshops. There is always a smell of metal or oil in the air. It is a very industrial vibe. We have a solid space where we keep our tools and materials. It is not a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes because things can get a bit dirty. The power goes out sometimes but we just deal with it. It is part of the routine in this block. We have a few regular guys who have been with us for years. We know the neighbors in W-102 and W-104 pretty well too. We mostly keep our heads down and finish the jobs we have on the schedule. Sometimes the rain makes the roads in the S-Block a bit messy, but we still make it in. It is a practical setup for the kind of enterprise we run. No one comes here for the scenery. They come because we have the equipment and we know how to use it. It is a bit loud and busy, but that means there is work to do. We like being in the heart of the industrial zone. It makes sense for us.
