Shipmate Maritime Training Association

Shipmate Maritime Training Association is located in Sadashiv Peth, over at Natu Baug. We are in the Ashirwad Building, house number 1889. Sadashiv Peth is one of those old parts of Pune where the streets are narrow and full of history. Even though we are quite far from the ocean, we focus on maritime training here. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the big main roads. We have a lot of manuals and training materials stacked up in our office. The building is quite traditional, and we like the vibe of being in this part of town. We spend our days coordinating with instructors and checking through various training records. It is steady work. Sometimes we go out to the local mess for lunch because the food around here is really good, home-style cooking. Our office doesn't have any high-tech gadgets on display, just the necessary computers and printers we need. We’ve been in this building for a bit now, and the neighbors are all very familiar faces. It’s a practical place to run an association like ours. We don’t really bother with fancy decorations or expensive rugs. We just make sure the paperwork is correct and the trainees know where they need to be. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the workday in Pune. Most of the time, things go pretty smoothly without any major issues.
