Shashi Technoparts

Shashi Technoparts is tucked away in the Paras Inds. Estate over in Phase-I of MIDC, Bhosari. If you know the area, you know it’s just rows of factories and trucks moving back and forth all day long. Our unit, number 26, is pretty much like the others around here. We deal with technical parts, so there are always crates and boxes stacked up against the walls. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, with the hum of the neighboring units and the general chaos of the industrial estate. Inside, we spend most of our time checking orders and making sure the right parts go to the right people. The office part is just a couple of desks pushed together with a lot of paperwork and old calendars. It gets hot in the summer, but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving while we work. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Bhosari. Lunch is usually something quick brought from home or from the stall down the road. It’s a straightforward setup where we just deal with the hardware. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. It’s an industrial unit, after all. Most of our day is just handling parts, talking to drivers, and keeping things moving. It’s a job in a busy part of town and we stay occupied.
