We don’t spend much time on decorations or big signs. Usually, the door is open if someone needs to talk about a project. We have some tools and desks and a lot of paper around. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the work going on, but that is just how an engineering shop feels. We have lived and worked in this part of India for years. People stop by when they have questions about parts or designs. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. The weather in Pune can get hot, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. It is a simple life of working with machines and plans. We are just local people trying to do a decent job every day. There isn't much more to it than that. We just focus on the task in front of us until it's time to head home.
