Our office is tucked away in the Vinayak Building, right near Raman Baug High School. Shaniwar Peth is an old part of the city, so things are a bit crowded around here, especially near Shinde Par Chowk. Sharma and Talekar started this because we both just liked the process of building things. We handle architecture and interiors for folks around this neighborhood or across the rest of Pune. It is a lot of back and forth with clients every day. One day we are looking at blueprints, and the next we are at a dusty construction site making sure the walls are straight. It isn't always a pretty process. Sometimes we run into issues with old plumbing or structural stuff that nobody expected. That's just part of the job when you work in an area with so much history. We don't have a big corporate setup with fancy furniture. It is just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of samples of wood and tiles lying around. People drop by to talk about their house renovations or maybe a new shop they are opening. After listening to their ideas, we draw some plans and try to stay within the budget they give us. Coordinating between the owners and the labor takes up most of our energy. We try to keep things simple and honest. You get what you see with us. No big promises, just steady work until the project is finally finished.
