Our business is registered at Mont Vert Vieu on the Pashan Sus Road, specifically in flat B/1104. We are right in the middle of the Pune city buzz. We mostly focus on food and beverages, trying out different ideas for snacks and bottled drinks. It started out as a small project in a home kitchen and then we decided to make it all official with the private limited name. We spend a lot of time tasting different things and seeing what actually works. It is not always easy because people’s tastes change so fast these days. The apartment serves as our home base for the administrative side and the computer work. We do not have a massive factory with tall chimneys or anything like that. It is more of a small-scale operation where we keep things simple and manageable for the few of us. Sometimes we work late into the night trying to figure out a new recipe or just sorting out the monthly accounts. The Pashan area is a nice place to be, with a lot of young people around who are always looking for something new to eat or drink. We try to keep our costs low so we do not have to charge people too much money. It is a tough business with a lot of competition from the big brands, but we just do our own thing. We do not have any fancy mission statements or goals. We just want to make stuff that tastes good.
